At 23, technology isn't just a career — it started as an obsession. At 12, I jailbroke a Chromebook to dual-boot Ubuntu because I wanted to play games with friends. That single hack opened a door to Linux, package management, terminals, and hardware that I've never closed.
The following summer I built my first PC from scratch and got into game modding, server hosting, and eventually coding. Today I provide Tier 1 technical support in a 24/7 enterprise healthcare environment at UVM Health Network — supporting clinical staff with Epic EHR, Citrix, Active Directory, and HIPAA-compliant workflows.
Outside of work I'm pursuing my CCNA, running a cybersecurity home lab with Wireshark and Security Onion, and building toward a future in security operations.
